Job Description - Executive Office Administrator - Urgent Hire

We are desiring to recruit a focused Executive Office Administrator to join our talented team at IDLG ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Central Region.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Provide administrative support to the senior management and business teams across the group
  • Support Finance team in expenses claims submission  
  • Support HR team in managing key personnel’s profile, arrange interviews, and liaise with recruiters
  • Event organization and logistics management for various internal & external events
  • Manage office equipment and supplies
  • Office vendors management
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with global offices and teams
  • Execute day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Participate in, learn from, and contribute to diverse aspects of our business
  • Project coordination & management cross regions & functions  

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from reputable schools, ideally in in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages  
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and Teams ecosystem
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for event organization
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry, or accounting is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge working with CorpSec provider is a plus
