Executive / Senior Executive, Marketing & Student Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies to attract international students.
• Assist in coordinating with student recruitment agents and maintaining productive relationships.
• Participate in market research to gather insights on student recruitment trends and opportunities.
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing efforts.
• Support collaborative initiatives with academic and administrative teams to enhance student recruitment processes.
• Help in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment activities.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or related roles, preferably in an educational context.
• Good understanding of the higher education sector and international student markets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Proficient skills in using Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Organizational skills and the ability to support multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Fluent in English being bilingual is advantageous
• Basic analytical skills for assisting in market analysis and strategy development.
