HR Assistant 3 months (renewable) up to $2800 Caldecott - Dynamic Team

Contract duration: 3 months (renewable)

Location: Caldecott

Working days: Mon - Fri

Salary: Diploma ($2,200) & Degree ($2,800)

Responsibilities

•Coordinating and scheduling of interviews with candidates and panel members

•Communicating with candidates to provide necessary details and logistics for their interviews

•Shortlisting of candidates for MSF roles

•Providing logistics and administrative support for interview-related activities, such as room booking and updating of interview calendar invites.

•Administrating written tests and reference checks

•General office administration such as maintaining of databases (E.g. Internal job advertisement)

•In addition, you might be involved in on-going initiatives and projects, events, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree

•Relevant admin experience

•Experience in Microsoft office & Canva

•HR generalist experience or interview coordination is advantageous
