Job Description:

CSM is seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the education and training industry. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients and close deals
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our competitive advantage
- Represent CSM at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and services

Qualifications:

- Min Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
