Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine international staffing needs.
• Posting and monitoring of job advertisements on daily basis on various job portals.
• Screening resumes through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Processing job applications, sorting, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting phone interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates.

Pre-requisite:

• 1 years of international staffing experience.
• Loves and is passionate about Recruitment.
• A positive mind-set and a team player.
