Regional Quality Manager (Data Centre/ Automotive) - Collaborative Environment

2 roles: 

Play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence and consistency of products through implementation of robust quality control measures. Drive continuous improvement, possess exceptional leadership skills. 

• Quality monitoring and yield enhancement 
• Abnormal quality improvement 
• Quality control and process capability enhancement 
• Customer quality improvement 
• Efficient quality inspection planning 
• Personnel management 

Requirements: 

• Degree in any engineering discipline 
• Certification in 6 Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen advantageous 
• Extensive experience in quality management 
• Exposure working in manufacturing process/ data centre environment 
• Sound knowledge of QMS and standards - TS16949 and VDA 6.3 (required for one of the roles) 
• Willing to travel regionally
