Restaurant Manager/Supervisor X 2 (Basic Up $4000 / Aljunied/ Immediate) – JT8 - Continuous Learning

Job Summary:

• Basic $3000 - $4000
• 6 days Work Week
• Kinex Mall
• Retail Hours 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure that all employees follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and meets all health and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant is profitable
• Train new employees and ensure that all staff members are properly trained
• Assist with the hiring process and performance evaluations of employees
• Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
• Prepare drink items according to recipes.
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Direct Manager.
