Job Description:

As full-time Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Building connections with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
• Cultivating relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Providing timely feedback and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform recruitment strategies and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.
