Specialty Wok Chef (Cantonese Cuisine)

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 Days | Discuss During Interview
Working Location: MBS
Salary Range: $4000 - $5000

Job Responsibilities:

Ordering, stock rotation, teaching, and training colleagues.
Responsible for receiving food and supplies, controlling and monitoring their temperatures, and able organize the cooling and storage areas.
Ensure the presentation, quantity, quality and temperature of all dishes.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the food preparation area.
Comply with F&B safety & hygiene and Workplace safety & health policies and procedures.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and standards.
Preparing & Cooking Food.
