Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Account Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collection activities. You will also maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely receipt of payments. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process and develop effective strategies to optimise our cash flow cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Strong analytical and planning skills to ensure timely payment collection

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• High level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with cash flow processes, proficiency in computer applications, and knowledge of ERP systems will be advantageous

• Relevant work experience, preferably within the precision engineering or plastic processing industry, is highly preferred
