Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cash flow movements including daily cash receipts and payments reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Collaborating with banks and financial institutions to ensure seamless funding process, including tracking of banking facilities utilisation and repayments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on credit control management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to finance operations.
• Support in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and hungry to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) / ACCA or similar professional certification.
• Experience working in transportation/ mobility industry will be a bonus.
