Accountant -up to $6.5k (Chemical MNC/West/Contract) #HAO

Salary: up to $6.5k

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Gul Circle (Pick up from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, Bedok MRT)

Job Description:

• Processing of journal entries in SAP
• Preparation for Account payable
• Preparation of on-line banking & bank account reconciliation
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Supporting the Finance Manager in month-end closing activities incl. preparation of schedules, reconciliations, etc.
• Assisting with the annual external audit, and statistical reports
• Providing ad-hoc management reporting as directed by the Finance Manager in support of
• other business units or functions
• Supporting the Finance Manager on projects
• Active communication and seeking for interaction with counterparts and business partners
• Acting as back-up for other Finance team members

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Accountancy or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in chemical/manufacturing industry
