Accounting Manager(Finance)

Financial management

• Accounting, financial reporting and tax submissions in accordance with group policy and legal requirements.
• To provide relevant and useful financial input into the business strategy development and key business activities.
• Responsible for the company’s compliance with applicable government and/or state laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate supporting regional activities and involvement in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts, conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis and cost analysis to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and forecast cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations, and identifying areas for improvement in cash management procesess.
• Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights and supporting overall business objectives.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or professional Accounting / Financial qualification.
• 5-10 years working experience in the related field.

• Proactive attitude, positive work ethic and a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to take up new challenges.
• Team player and but also be able to work independently and keen to learn.
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
