Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting operational functions, cash flow, etc
• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounting Payables & Receivables, General Ledger entries and bank reconciliation, etc
• Assist in cash flow planning and analysis
• Support in the month end and year end closing of accounts
• Assist Accounting Manager in preparation of financial reports
• Preparation of quarterly GST reporting
• Assist in preparation of year-end audit schedule
• Handle Accounting Payable & Receivables related matters during Audit
• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• LCCI/Certificate in accounting / Certificate in Business Studies (ITE) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in accounting
• Efficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, etc
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Candidate who has experience in using Sage System will be an advantage
• Responsible, Meticulous, Independent and Highly driven individual who is willing to learn and passionate about the job
• Team player and good working attitude
• Qualified Candidate will be considered for Accounts Executive Position
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
