Job Description - Accounts Assistant [S$2.8k / Joo Koon / 5 days] - 1200

Accounts Assistant

From S$2,300 – S$2,800
5 days / 8:15 am – 6 pm
Joo Koon

Job Scopes:

Assist to handle partial accounts, ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Data entry of transactions.
Prepare payment vouchers & cheques.
Monitor and follow-up with customers on overdue account and arrange for debts collection.
Liaise with vendors.
Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum ITE cert in Accounting
Relevant experience in Accounting.
Familiar in AP / AR / GL
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words.
