Accounts Executive (Basic of S$3500, up to 2 months VB) Accounting firm

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Preparing full set of accounts, financial statements, tax computation, preparation of Form C, and preparation of individual tax submission, and GST submission.
• Liaise with customers with regard to their accounting and/or tax queries and give out advice and suggestions within the relevant regulations.
• Assist Management in providing accounting and/or tax solutions to customers.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
• Be able to work cohesively with co-workers by sharing audit, accounting, and tax knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines set by Management in relation to the management of workflow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure that financial transactions are properly documented and classified.
• Explain financial data and reports to customers (if called upon to do so).
• Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting principle, standards and regulations.
• General administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
• Must have accounting experience in Accounting or Audit firm.
• Office: West, Singapore
• Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm
