Accounts Officer

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or other relevant Discipline
• At least 5 year(s) relevant working experience in an Accounts Receivables/Claims Officer Role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Meticulous and systematic
• Excellent follow up skills and time management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment and to meet deadlines
• Start immediate or within short notice
• Training shall be provided to those without relevant experience

Others

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims
• Follow up closely with clients on payment certification and outstanding debts via phone and emails
• Resolve irregularities in claim figures
• Generate tax invoices
• Data entry into Accpac accounting software
• General administrative duties
• Receive and screen incoming phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
