ACMV QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in ACMV industry or construction sector.

• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Basic AutoCAD and other necessary software

• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Support tender site show around and prepare tender documentation.
• Prepare tender submissions, including taking off measurement , cost estimates, and cost management.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress payments.
• Manage progress claims and progress payments.
• Conduct procurement activities.
• Worker payroll
• Prepare various documents, including ongoing project-related, finance-related, and administrative documents.
