Job Description - Admin Assistant Basic up to 3k AWS Bonus Novena

Work Location: Novena (3 minutes walkable from MRT station)

Work Week: 5.5 days

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cashiering transaction for the patients
Issue cheque returns to patients
Handle insurance claim for patients
Key in of invoices and payments into the system
Assist in basic accounts book-keeping
Participate in corporate events
Assist Director in secretarial admin work
Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Entry level candidates will be considered
Bilingual in Chinese language to handle Chinese speaking patients
Knowledge in accounts receivable will be a bonus (but not absolutely necessary)
Possess of good interpersonal
