ADMIN. EXECUTIVE

JOB SCOPE are set out as follows:

1) Admin. Executive duties:

a) Attendance matters

b) Discipline duties

c) Oversee special programmes for at-risk students

d) Patrolling within school compound

e) Patrolling the immediate neighborhood around school

f) Accompany school staff for house-visits

g) Student Management Administrative duties

h) Canteen duties

i) Other Ad-Hoc Duties for at-risk students

2) Assist School Administrative Team in clerical work, receptionist duties and minimal estate management (if needed to)

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

a) Qualification

· Preferably GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate

· Those with no academic certification but with relevant experience working in educational organisations may apply.

b) Skills

· Good communication and inter-personal skills

· Able to communicate in English & any one of these other languages (i.e. Mandarin,Malay or Tamil)

· IT Savvy. Proficient in MS Office

· Receptive and able to work independently

· A team-player who is organised, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task

c) Experiences

· Preferably one (1) year of working experience with challenging students in any educational organisations.
