Administrative Executive /Senior Administrative Executive

Job Description:

• Processing orders via phone, email or other ordering platforms
• Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
• Issuing credit notes for empties return
• Processing and updating Accounts Application Form
• Processing monthly claims
• Purchase of office supplies, etc
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up-to-date with new products and pricings
• Other ah-hoc duties

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least "A" Level/Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (Good verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin language to converse and to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with NAV system is a plus
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• 5.5 day works (Weekdays 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm)
