Processing orders via phone, email or other ordering platforms
Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
Issuing credit notes for empties return
Processing and updating Accounts Application Form
Processing monthly claims
Purchase of office supplies, etc
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up-to-date with new products and pricings
Other ah-hoc duties
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least "A" Level/Diploma or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English (Good verbal communication and written skills in English and Mandarin language to converse and to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Familiarity with NAV system is a plus
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
5.5 day works (Weekdays 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm)
