Administrative Officer II Outram II up to $2500 per month

Work Location: Outram (Govt Agency)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

Contract Role

Monthly Salary: up to $2500 per month

Job Scope:

• Support programme manager in coordination and administrative duties
• Manage and address enquiries received and consult officers for any complex issues
• Follow up with queries, if necessary.
• Assist with the monthly processing and raising of invoices and any matters relating to invoices
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to seamlessly integrate translated content into marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in business administration
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in Customer Care Management and/or Ops Admin Management
• Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and be proactive.
