Architectural Draughtsman

Responsibilites:-

• To handle the design for building works and ensure client & regulatory requirements are met
• To prepare 3D drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit format for approval & submission
• To schedule for project activities and inspection, as to ensure that targeted completion dates are met.
• To attend site meetings and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and relevant Must be a team player
• Able to do multi-tasking, perform other work-related, duties from time to time
• facade drafting skilled, bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable

Qualifications:-

• ITE Certificate/Poly Diploma or relevant qualifications
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in architectural design (Those with more years of experience will be considered for more Senior Positions.
• Must be well-versed in BIM, Autodesk Revit, Building-by-laws & Regulations.
