As our Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in overseeing our daily operations while working hand in hand with our Branch Manager to achieve our monthly sales targets. Your contributions to our joint success:

• Assist the Branch Manager and manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the outlet
• Accountable for all staff performances and training (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
• Assist in ensuring proper attendance of all fitness instructors – applicable to Fitness Division
• Assist in ensuring proper appointment records – applicable to Fitness & Spa Division
• Manage staff training, schedule staff roster & conduct weekly staff meeting
• Ability to motivate all staff
