Assistant Director of Operations - Food & Beverage

The Palawan @ Sentosa is the Shangri-La Group’s first lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore. As the Assistant Director of Operations - Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

• Support the Director of Operations to improve the profitability of every outlet.
• Optimise the F&B profitability
• Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of F&B service, supporting the F&B Team in driving customer satisfactions.
• Work closely with the attractions team in driving the revenue and the brand.
• To be accountable for Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets and suppliers.
• Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service.
