Assistant Manager, Controlling (Jurong Island)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a site controller for Jurong site to guide the team with high efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform as a trusted business partner to site management team to provide reliable data for management decision-making.
• Coordinate and support Site Manager for Operational Planning, Target Setting, and Forecasting process and assumptions
• Support Site Manager by providing Business Consulting, Analysis and Recommendation for management decision and action.
• Responsible for coordination with Business Unit for Business Unit and Controlling specific topics (Organizational Interface Management)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling area in an international company
• Open to Big4 Candidates
• Chemical industry experience will be a plus
