Assistant Manager, Corporate Marketing

Responsibilities

· Work closely with business unit functions including Projects, Engineering, Business Development and Safety teams to develop and execute marketing and communication materials

· Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including creative development, and analysing and reporting on performance of marketing initiatives to stakeholders

· Develop collaterals and assets including videos, presentation decks, email campaigns, advertisements across a full spectrum of channels for marketing purposes

· Develop content for website, social media, industry conferences, exhibitions, editorials and business media

· Lead and manage events such as launches, engagement events, talks, seminars, for different audiences including but not limited to suppliers, customers, external stakeholders and internal stakeholders

· Work with and maintain relationships with external agencies to execute events and productions

· Ensure brand messaging and design consistency is in adherence to company’s guidelines across all communication channels

· Manage allocated marketing budgets and expenditures

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or digital marketing

· Strong track record of planning, coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events

· Proven track record of being able to have marketing and communications

· Proficient in using Design Software Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create or edit artworks and graphics

· Experience managing customer surveys, tradeshows and events

· Able to work closely with internal stakeholders including senior management

· Ability to navigate a dynamic work culture

· Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

· 5 days work week

· Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
