Assistant Manager (Project)

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execution of the project involving coordination, design review, scheduling, quality assurance, budget control, cash flow, safety, resource deployment.
• Correspondence with end users, consultant and vendors on execution, solving problems, financial and contractual matters.
• Design review with technical team on the P&ID, plant layout, equipment selection, technical specifications, accessibility and constructible.
• Establishing quality plan, ITP with the quality assurance team.
• Evaluating with the procurement team on the RFQ, vendor selection, commercial terms and conditions.
• Testing and commission, clearing punch list, training, closing up the project.
• Reporting on the progress of the project schedule, budget, challenges and solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time & budget and project closure
• Strong in contractual management, written correspondence and reporting
• Hands on experience of executing, testing and commissioning of plants
• At least 10 years relevant experience in leading a team successfully in project management in water treatment projects or similiar industrial plants
