Assistant Outlet Manager

Job description:

• Assist the outlet manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee the execution of daily tasks, including staffing, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Training and supervision of staff.
• Work closely with team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
• Interact with patrons, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the nightlife or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with nightclub operations, including knowledge of sound and lighting systems.
