Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintains and develop existing client accounts, making regular visits to potential customers
• Attend to sales enquires, sourcing and providing applicable solutions to our customers to optimize our offer
• Order processing, liaise and coordinating with customers to meet timely delivery schedules
• Provide professional sales support, technical information and guidance to customers
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipments and efficient deliveries
• Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Achieve individual sales performance target
• To be accountable in account receivable. Ensure customer prompt payment upon agreed milestone

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of sales experience in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/Automation environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering/ Automation
• Positive thinking, Sales-Oriented, Self-Driven and Proactive.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to make sound decision.
• Able to communicate effectively and present company well.
• Must have a “can-do” spirit and the stamina in fast paced environment.
• Fast Learner and independent.
• Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately / with short notice
