What You'll Do:

• Lead Complex Transactions: Support a diverse portfolio of equity and debt transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and more.
• Provide Expert Counsel: Advise clients on regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, corporate governance, and other critical legal matters.
• Build Client Relationships: Establish strong rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Work on international deals with UK and US elements, collaborating closely with colleagues in multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and Negotiate: Prepare and review essential legal documents, engaging in negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Be a Team Player: Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing your expertise.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified: England and Wales qualified lawyer with 1-3 years PQE, preferably from a Big Law background.
• Experienced: Prior experience in a top-tier capital markets practice, with a focus on equity and debt transactions (ideally including London Stock Exchange listings).
• Skilled: Exceptional drafting, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Academically Strong: Excellent academic credentials, demonstrating your intellectual capacity and analytical skills.
• Ambitious: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
