Requirements: 

- Experience in customer service industry and at least 2-3 years in manager level position 

- Enthusiastic, passionate and outspoken personality 

- Degree / Diploma in any field 

- Singaporean/PR 

- Good command of English 

- Able to work on both weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 

- Excellent Customer Service skills: Callback to parents, disputes, managing complaints 

Responsibilities: 

- Manage all aspects of the piano centers' operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and facility management. 

- Attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a calm, professional manner 

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of piano instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel. 

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery. - Oversee the registration process for piano lessons, classes, and events, and handle billing, payments, and financial transactions with customers. 

- Coordinate advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising methods. - Take ownership of studio operations, growth and service quality 

- Develop strong knowledge of offered programmes, services & processes 

- Maintain high level of customer service and general upkeep of studios 

- Preparation of learning and teaching resources 

- Organize and oversee recitals, concerts, competitions, and other events, including venue booking, scheduling, promotion, and staffing.
