Chemical Sales Executive (Dip/1YrExp/Tuas)

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in designated waste management segments.
• Develop and negotiate proposals, maintaining ongoing communication with potential clients.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for order processing and documentation.
• Generate regular sales reports for management.
• Work with Customer Service to maintain and update customer database with essential contact information.
• Support the enhancement of the Customer Care Program by monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing complaints.
• Adjust strategies in response to changes in customer requirements and business strategies.
• Gather and analyse information on market conditions, competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Must possess own vehicle
• Must posses 1 year of chemical sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills
• Excellent sales track records
• Team oriented and dynamic
