• Plan food menus and ensure they are fresh and well presented • Keep up with culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu • Develop recipes and determine presentation of dishes • Order food and supplies, manage inventory • Deal with suppliers and check correct equipment delivery • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas • Comply with health and safety laws and regulations
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a head cook • Knowledge of culinary trends • Ability to create unique and delicious dishes • Multitasking and coping in a high-pressure environment • Excellent leadership and communication skills
