We are partnering with a regional financial institution to recruit a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

In this pivotal role, you will manage all finance and treasury operations, including offering strategic advice on mergers and acquisition initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in sustaining investor relations, ensuring compliance with partnerships, and driving the overall success of the company.

As CFO, you will lead the finance and accounting team, providing strategic guidance to the CEO and executive management based on financial analysis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Your expertise will help shape long-term business plans and align financial strategies with the organization’s goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or CPA. You should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and exceptional communication skills.
