Client Experience & Relationship Associate Trainee

We are currently growing rapidly and are looking for 10 Client Experience & Relationship Associate Trainee to join us to develop, service and grow our Mid to High profile client base.

Over the years, we have amassed a pool of quality clients and we believe that there is strong growth in this sector of the market. We seek individuals with good service traits to join us and develop this market sector.

As a Client Experience & Relationship Associate Trainee, you are expected to:

• Comply with all regulatory and industry training requirements
• Attend to the needs of our existing pool of clients
• Learn and understand the different products and solutions available
• Keeping abreast of market trends and share latest developments with clients
• Engage clients to assist them with their enquiry and propose customised solutions
• Prepare proposals and present to clients when required
• Liaise and coordinate with clients with their paperwork
• Provide after sales services

You should be:

• Pleasant in personality and with good interaction skills
• Meticulous and organised
• Resourceful
• Ethical and Compassionate
• Able to Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion to excel
• Proficient in 2 or more languages preferable
• One who has good relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Dedicated to task and able to perform ad-hoc requirements

• Completed Diploma / Degree
• Singaporean or PR only
