CLUSTER MANAGER, RETAIL

World-renowned RETAIL company with a commitment to quality and affordability for over 120 years, is seeking a passionate and driven Cluster Manager to join their team in Singapore!

In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in:

• Overseeing a cluster of stores, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Motivating and coaching a team of Store Managers to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives for your cluster.
• Empowering your team through effective training, performance management, and building a positive work environment.
• Optimizing district profitability by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, and the local community.
• Analyzing store performance metrics like sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Leading by example and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures across your cluster.

We're looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management as Area/District or Cluster Manager in Apparel & Fashion, Footwear, Handbags
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth in a multi-store environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with retail inventory management systems a plus
