Job Description

• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8 am – 5 pm, Sat 8 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Housing allowance + OT + Variable bonus + Performance bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and requirements.
• Input and adjust machine control settings to regulate speeds, feeds, and depth of cuts.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor processes and conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize production processes.

• At least two years of experience in CNC milling with proficiency in machine operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of drawing tolerances is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating CNC machines using Fanuc or Mitsubishi controllers is highly advantageous.
• Willing to work OT.
