Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects for piling works and structural steelwork
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress daily.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Obtain permits and licenses
• Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Construction Industry.
• Degree/Master in Civil Engineering recognized by BCA for AP & TC for specialist builder license (Piling Works and/or Structural Steelwork).
• Proven at least 5 years of working experience in Piling Works and/or Structural Steelwork
• Understanding all facets of the construction process
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
