Construction Manager (Electrical)

Job Description:

• Oversee site installation, commissioning, and inspection of electrical work in accordance with construction specification and project plans.
• Planning and managing project budget, resources including labour allocation and material for construction.
• Supervise a team of Site Engineers, Supervisors and Sub-Contractors to ensure the site team meet targeted deadlines.
• Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project and ensure design of electrical equipment/system meets the technical specification.
• Monitor and manage progress of works against projects to ensure that all works are delivered on time, within specification, budget and to the Client’s satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background in electrical engineering and strong in project management
• Have knowledge in building regulations in relation to electrical works
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in handling LTA project
