Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience in advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&A, capital restructuring takeovers, etc.
• Execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity
• Responsible to source and originate quality transactions an advantage

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant preferably with Big4 audit background
• Minimum of 10 years corporate finance experience and at least 3 IPO projects advisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of SFA, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin included
