Customer Service Executives serve as the primary interface between our organization and CPF members. They play a crucial role in assisting CPF members in making well-informed decisions on their CPF savings by understanding and addressing their information needs with a compassionate approach. If you excel in engaging with diverse individuals throughout the day and find fulfillment in providing exceptional service, this is the ideal role suited to your strengths and aspirations.

We encourage individuals without prior experience but with a passion for excellent customer service to apply for the Customer Service Representative role.
Please be advised that upon initial appointment, the successful candidate will assume the role of Customer Service Associate. The official title of Customer Service Executive will be conferred following the successful completion of our structured modular training.
