Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and process all enrolments and registration
• In-charge of school fees collection
• Handle & follow-up on customers’ enquiries
• Assist in daily school operations

Requirements:

• Relevant customer service experience and enjoy interacting and communicating with children and parents
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents and customers enrolling their children into this Chinese language school
• Able to commit to working on weekends
