Customer Service Representative

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 5 days, 9am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize fundamental mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems efficiently. This could involve planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and execution of services.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address and resolve after-sales issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to discuss and implement solutions for customer concerns.
• Conduct regular periodic visits to clients for assessing service quality and address any emerging needs.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
• Acquire good understanding of engineering principles and best practices within the specific field.
• Demonstrate adaptability by managing additional tasks as required to support overall company objectives and business domain.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a mechanical role or similar industry is essential (air-conditioning).
• Proven experiences in customer service and relationship management.
• Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders in the region.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and a dynamic work environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and the ability to thrive in a challenging work environment.
