Customer Service Representative (Club Lounge)

We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Brand Representatives.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to host events for our members.
• Curate and execute marketing and activation campaigns (both automated and tactical) to drive member recruitment and retention.
• Follow up on member inquiries to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Assist in optimizing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of our website.
• Support ad hoc events to promote brand advocacy and member recruitment.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including insights on member engagement, recruitment and attrition rates, and ROI on partnerships.
• Maintain a pleasant disposition and a positive attitude.

Requirement

• 3 years of related experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative "One Team" mentality.
• Proven results and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• A positive attitude with a passion for service and meeting new people.
• A willingness to learn and embrace new and innovative ideas.
• The ability to think creatively in challenging situations.
