Design & Communications Executive

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and driven Design & Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of graphic design skills and communications expertise, playing a key role in creating and delivering effective marketing materials and communication strategies. This position requires a creative thinker who can effectively convey our brand message across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop and design a variety of marketing materials, including press releases, media kits, brochures, newsletters, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, and website content.
• Ensure all designs align with the relevant branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create visually appealing and effective presentations.

Content Creation and Management:

• Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, campaigns, and press releases.
• Develop compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with fresh content.

Communication Strategy:

• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and PR campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute communication plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience in graphic design and communications a bonus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced agency environment.
