Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solutions Architect with over 15 years of expertise in software design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering technical architecture in high-quality large enterprise projects using Generative AI, AWS Cloud, Angular, Java, .Net, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and PHP.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance solutions tailored to client needs using a variety of technologies and frameworks.
• Project Leadership: Spearhead the delivery of large-scale enterprise projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, acting as the primary technical liaison and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including crafting proposals and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical implementation of solutions, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Cloud Computing: Utilize extensive experience with AWS Cloud to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.
• Agile Project Management: Lead agile project teams, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and management.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop junior architects and technical leads, team members, fostering a culture of best practices, continuous learning and improvement.
• International Exposure will be a plus

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Atleast 15 years of experience in software design and development, with significant leadership roles in customer-focused and engineering environments.
• Technical Proficiency –
  • Expertise in development tools and frameworks
  • Expertise in Angular, Java, .Net, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and PHP
  • Expertise in Integration using tools like MuleSoft, Webhooks and OAuth2 is a must
  • Good understanding of Agile development
  • Experience in AWS is a must
  • Good understanding of GenAI models and tools is a very big plus
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience across industries including Education, Automation, E-commerce, Digital Media Streaming, Logistics, and Telecom is a plus.
