Dormitory Executive

Job Title: Dormitory Executive

• Responsible for the day to day activities of the dormitory including resident engagement, security and safety in the premises.

Job Details:

1. Manage Security Control Centre and maintaining of log books.

2. Perform patrol and handle any security matters in the premises and its perimeter.

3. Conduct regular room inspection/check to ensure compliance of dormitory rules and regulations.

4. Issue of Visitor / Contractor / VIP and gym pass.

5. Accompany contractor / service personnel to work areas.

6. Maintain Sick Bay records, Lost & Found, etc.

7. Registering of prohibited items and resident feedback.

8. Prepare and follow-up on Incident and or Occurrence Report in the premises.

9. Conduct bag check during resident check-in.

10. Respond to fire alarm activation and coordinate with Fire Control Centre (FCC) on follow-up action.

11. Attend to any emergencies at the dormitory.

12. Directing road traffic when vehicles enter or exit the site.

13. All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• No experience required (training will be provided)

• Able to work in a team.

• Able to converse and write simple English.

• Alert and possess good observational skills.

• Experience in the Security Industry will be an advantage.

• Having own transport/vehicle will be an advantage.

• Minimum Education: N level

Others:

• Salary starting from $2.4k

• Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight on 44 hours work week.
