E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to drive sales, enhance user experience, and maximize conversion rates.

Job Description

Website Management:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website(s).

· Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Regularly update product listings, images, and descriptions to accurately reflect inventory and promotions.

· Monitor website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and implement strategies to improve them.

Marketing:

· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through various channels such as email marketing, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and advertisements tailored to the online audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

· Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.

· Analyse data trends and identify opportunities for improvement or growth in online sales.

· Present findings and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.

Working schedule & Salary package

• 5 days working per week Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.30pm), 2 day off.
• $2,900 - $3,300 SGD (Depends on experiences)

Requirement

· Familiar with SEO

· 1-2years marketing /E-commerce background experience will be an advantage.

· Candidates with no prior experience but familiar with online shopping on ecommerce marketplaces may also apply.

· Min Diploma and Degree in Marketing / E-commerce or related fields for foreigners’ applicants only due to insufficient quota.

· Singaporean / Singapore PR / LTVP are also welcome!
