E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities –
 Analyze performance and optimize to achieve revenue growth in our target
markets of USA, Canada and Mexico
 Actively participate in various promotions and programs available within the
system to push to sales targets and growth
 Provide reporting and analysis of KPI’s.
 Analyze our current sales across various product segments to do product
recommendations or to analyze weak points
 Daily sales analysis and order update
 Response to online customers via emails
 Track sales and key e-commerce metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and
maximize sales potential and profitability
 Deliver on monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets
 Analyze various Jewelry product segments, breaking them down into
respective categories and variations to maximize highest sales growth within
each target
 Do active online Competitor research and analysis to stay top of competition
 Research key emerging trends in Jewelry category
 Manage e-commerce campaigns and monthly activities
 Manage online customer orders while working with our Thailand offices
 Liaise with fulfilment, warehouse, and enabler to ensure smooth running of
operations
 Oversee store management, e-commerce customer service and CRM

Key Requirements –
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
 Strong analytical skills and able to interpret data and make recommendations
 Strong digital marketing knowledge and skills and familiarity with e-commerce
marketing and DTC marketing
 Proficiency in building digital presence
 Experience in handling brand store and e-commerce platforms preferably
within emerging markets
 Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in managing e-commerce platforms
or working in related field to build e-commerce business for brand
 Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
 Highly self-motivated individual to achieve sales targets
 Good time management
 Strong interpersonal skills to unite key stakeholders and partners.
